Enrollment & Payment Sequence
1. To avoid disapointment, your ENROLLMENT should be submitted at least 90 days prior to your Journey commencement date.
Travellers submitting enrollments with less than 90 days notice will be gladly accommodated should space remain available.
We will immediately return a TOUR CONFIRMATION for your approval.
At that point, you may make changes or decline your enrollment.
2. Once we have received your final approval, we will forward an INVOICE FOR A RESERVATION DEPOSIT.
3. Due 60 Days prior to your Journey A RESERVATION DEPOSIT : 50% of the Total Tour Fee
Due 30 Days prior to your Journey REMAINING BALANCE : 50% of the Total Tour Fee.
For Enrollments accepted after the 60-day window, the Reservation Deposit will be due immediately upon enrollment.
For Enrollments accepted after the 30-day window, the Total Tour Fee will be due immediately upon enrollment.
